Goûtea X Financial Times x Laurent-Perrier Héritage Menu

A showcase of pâtisserie elegance, Goûtea fuses the French tradition of sweet snacking and the best-of-British afternoon tea. For autumn, expect in-miniature creations of the season’s signatures. This menu of all things bold and beautiful includes the fairytale-like green apple filled with crème fraîche ganache and dill-laced fruit – as well as a cocoa-rich coffee ‘Flower’, where silky crémeux petals give way to crisp praline. From savoury to sweet, course by course it’s a picture-perfect collection.
