Terms & Conditions 

• Offer is valid for stays ranging from a minimum of 2 nights to a maximum of 5 nights, and applies to new bookings only.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT and subject to a 5% discretionary service charge.
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. The second bedroom will automatically be booked by our reservations team, and a re-confirmation will be emailed.
• Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates. Connecting room options vary by room type and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Offer applies to two rooms of the same category and may not be used in conjunction with other offers or negotiated rates.
• Offer is valid for selected dates between 19 August 2024 to 20 December 2024, 1 January 2025 to 14 June 2025, 14 July 2025 to 23 December 2025, 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2026.
